This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") forms part of the Terms of Service and applies to all access to and use of the Mast Finance Service by you and your authorized users.
1. Prohibited Uses
1.1 Unauthorized Access and Security
- Access, probe, or attempt to access systems, accounts, or data without authorization.
- Bypass, disable, or circumvent technical controls, security measures, or plan-based usage limits.
- Attempt to gain access to another customer's data or systems.
- Upload, transmit, or introduce malware, viruses, or any other malicious code.
1.2 Data and Usage
- Scrape, extract, or bulk export data outside of the Service's intended functionality.
- Process personal data without the required lawful rights and consents.
- Share credentials or account rights with unauthorized individuals.
- Misrepresent your company size, user numbers, or transaction volumes.
1.3 Prohibited Content and Activities
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
- Use outputs as regulated professional advice without independent review.
- Use the Service for fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading activities.
- Interfere with the availability, integrity, or performance of the Service.
1.4 Competitive and Reputational
- Use the Service for benchmarking or competitive analysis without written consent.
- Use the Service to develop a competing product.
1.5 AI Features
The Service includes AI-based features. In connection with those features, you must not:
- attempt to jailbreak, prompt-inject, or otherwise manipulate the AI into bypassing its instructions, safety controls, or your plan's limits, or into revealing system prompts or another customer's data;
- rely on AI output as professional advice. AI output is informational only and must not be used as legal, tax, accounting, or financial advice without independent qualified human review (see §4 and §7 of the Terms of Service);
- feed third-party personal data into AI features without a lawful basis to do so under applicable data protection law;
- use AI features to generate unlawful, deceptive, or harmful content, or to attempt to reverse-engineer, extract, or replicate the underlying models.
2. Responsibility for Authorized Users
You are responsible for ensuring that all authorized users comply with this AUP. Any breach by an authorized user is deemed a breach by you.
3. Consequences of Violation
Mast Finance may, in its reasonable discretion:
- suspend or restrict access to the Service;
- remove or disable access to violating content or data;
- investigate suspected misuse, including reviewing usage logs;
- terminate the agreement in accordance with the Terms of Service;
- take any other measures required to prevent harm or comply with legal obligations.
4. Reporting Misuse
If you become aware of any misuse or security vulnerability, please report it to contact@mastfinance.io.
5. Changes to This Policy
Mast Finance may update this AUP at any time. Continued use of the Service after any update constitutes acceptance.
